Here is the recipe for the healthy chicken dish we served at today's Blogalicious conference. Chef Foresman mostly followed the recipe but added some healthy Swiss Chard, grown locally and also added a little freshly grated parmesan cheese to the chicken just to give it another dimension of flavor! #BeGreatB6

Our family came to visit us in San Antonio, and they stayed at the gorgeous Westin Riverwalk Hotel. We joined them for dinner one evening at Zocca, the hotel's dining room, where they serve wonderful Italian food.
